With a kilt, you are automatically a Scotsman, at least in "spirit." The tartan here was designed by Rabbi Mendal Jacobs and contains the colors blue and white of both the Israel and Scottish flags. A gold stripe representing the Ark of the Covenant is surrounded by Silver adornments and two hearty red wines.
